The project of a new logistics and warehouse hall with offices is carried out for the client “Topas 147 GmbH”. The total usable area of the hall will be approximately 15,000 square meters. Out of concern for the good of our planet, the new facility will be equipped with a green roof, which will increase the biologically active surface and ensure rainwater retention on the roof, thus using the potential of the investor’s plot even more. In addition, the heating of the building was designed from the municipal heating network, which is not a typical solution for this type of facility.
The construction is located in the heart of Berlin, just twenty minutes away from the famous Alexander Platz, known to tourists from all over the world. The heavily urbanized area of a working industrial park is a real challenge for the course of construction works. In the immediate vicinity there is a very large Asian shopping complex that attracts a lot of buyers every day.
